Shipping Information

Each Kozyra is shipped from our studio in New York. The products are wrapped and secured to ensure they arrive in the same, perfect condition. Ground shipping is included in the price of each Kozyra accessory. However, if you need your product shipped sooner we have additional rates to accommodate 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.

2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns & Exchanges

Kozyra accessories are made with the finest leathers and highest quality standards. We stand by each and every one of our products. Because each piece is individually made and handcrafted, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is damage beyond typical wear and tear, please reach out to jameskozyra@gmail.com right away so that we may replace your product.
